Urgent Care is available for emergencies to current clients and non-clients when your primary veterinarian is closed and/or has no available appointments for that day. Call for ahead for availability.
Please be assured, patients who already have a primary veterinarian will have any medical records from your visit forwarded to your veterinarian by the next business day.
This will keep communication open between us and your veterinarian and provide important details that your veterinarian will need for follow up care.
Because of the Covid pandemic we ask that you call us once you arrive, remain in your car and a client service representative will be out to provide you forms to fill out and take a history of why your pet is sick.
The client service representative will then provide this information to the doctor who will call you to discuss your pet's condition.
Thereafter, a technician will retrieve your pet from the car and bring him/her into the hospital.
The doctor will then perform a physical examination and call you to discuss the examination findings, the problem(s), possible causes of the problem(s) and discuss diagnostic and treatment options.
Please note, patients are seen in the order they arrive unless there are more critically sick animals that must be seen first.
